We are a pharmaceutical supply chain solutions company. We focus on the secure transport, storage, distribution and dispensing of pharmaceuticals within the lawful supply chain to healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with federal, state and industry oversight regulations. Our mission is to keep pharmaceuticals secure from the manufacturer/distributor to the patient by delivering integrated solutions across the United States and Canada. To date, Scripps Safe has financed operations primarily through the sales of vaults and safes, founders’ contributions and an EIDL (“Economic Injury Disaster Loan”) Small Business Administration (“SBA”) Loan. Scripps Safe did record negative cash flow from operations and stockholders’ deficit which caused our independent auditor to raise doubt about our ability to continue as a growing concern.
